I am Ravi Sharma, a passionate yoga trainer specializing in weight loss and belly fat reduction through yoga. With nearly 10 years of teaching experience and a Master’s Degree in Yoga (2016–2018), I have helped countless students transform their health and achieve their fitness goals naturally.

My classes are designed for people who want visible results—whether it is losing weight, toning the body, strengthening the core, or regaining energy after pregnancy (Postnatal Yoga). Along with physical fitness, I also integrate Pranayama, Meditation, and Lifestyle Guidance to ensure complete wellness of body and mind.
